New puppy has a belly lump. Is it a hernia or other concern?

I have a one month old maltzu puppy that I just got last week. As I was examining her i noticed a small lump on her belly area. I thought this would be a hernia but I need some help to figure out what this lump is. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 22 days old | 5 lbs

It would be helpful if you could attach pictures but recommended you get your vet to check it at your next wellness exam or vaccine appointment. Most hernia are soft, non painful and skin colored, if they are mobile/can be pushed back in early surgical repair may be recommended
