my chichuahua is 2 weeks old and still hasnt opened his eyes. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 17 days old | 0 lbs

Some pets can be a bit delayed. As long as there is no current crust or discharge around the eyelids, I would consider waking up to another week. If you notice discharge or if puppy still hasn't opened his eyes by 3 weeks, then it's best to have him evaluated by your vet to make sure no congenital defects are affecting his eyes.
