Why is my new puppy throwing up clear fluid, not eating, and losing weight?

Just adopted a pup 4 1/2 months old. Had him 2 weeks and in past 3 days he is puking mostly clear fluid. Lost appetite and losing weight. Still drinks but pukes. He is a chiweenie. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 4 months and 25 days old | 7 lbs

I'm sorry Milo isn't feeling well. In puppies that are vomiting, we need to rule out things like intestinal parasites, foreign bodies, infectious causes like parvo, or genetic conditions. I recommend you make an appointment with a vet to start with a stool sample check for parasites. After that they can come up with a plan to help your puppy feel better. Kisses to Milo!
