Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 28 days old | 3 lbs
Good Morning. I am the owner of a French Poodle Toy dog, age: 3 months. Bought her 7 days ago, I am trying to train her to pee on Pee Pads or Newspaper, since I live in an apartment on an 8th. Floor and don't have garden, just balcony. I have sprayed Feromone spray on Pee Pads and newspaper for her to pee there, but she keeps peeing and pooping on the floor, nor on the Pee Pads or newspaper. How can I make her pee on the newspaper and on the balcony?

When it comes to potty training, consistency is key. Place Chiara where you would like her to go, and use the same phrase (such as "go potty") every time. When she does her business where she is supposed to, wait until she is finished and then immediately give her positive reinforcement (praise, treats, etc). If you think it is time for her to go and she doesn't, return her to her crate for five minutes and then try again. Be patient and keep with the same routine and it will come! If she is still having issues then I would recommend reaching out to her regular veterinarian for further advice.
