My dog has scabs on her forehead. What causes them and what to do?

My dog has scabs on her forehead. One is kinda big I don't know where it came from

These could be from a wound or from a skin infection. I would watch them closely. You can put a little neosporin on them as long as they aren't close to the eyes. If they are getting worse or not improving I would have your vet look st them. She may need some antibiotics or other meds to help clear them up.
