My cat and kitten have watery eyes. Is it an infection? Need a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 4 months and 8 days old | 3 lbs

Hi, later on my cat's eye start to watering, now both of it's eyes, and also it's mother's right eye have the same problem, i need your help, can i fix that problem by my self? Or should i take them to the vet ASAP ? All that time i didn't because of money and distance issues.

This is probably an eye infection, it's very common in cats and the kittens usually get that from their mother. unfortunately it requires antibiotic eye drops which you can only get from the vet, you will need to make an apointment with your vet in order to solve this issue.
