Why is my dog's paw problem recurring, causing licking and limping?

My dog Mike is 4 years old he is a Rottweiler and he is having a continuous problem in his paw the upper back is getting of due to some reason and he is licking it then and now and can't walk properly .... When this happens ... We have been applying some ointments and sprays to heal him but after some time it goes on again...what to do doc.Even he also had mites in his paw due to this reason 1 month ago..

The paw looks quite infected, he will need a course of antibiotics in order to treat the infection, he will also need to wear an E-collar to stop him from licking the paw. i would recommend that you take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.
