My dog keeps vomiting yellow bile and won't eat. Is he okay?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | 40 lbs

I haven't seen my dog eat anything unusual. although two days ago a bite size of cottage cheese.today he has vomited 9 nine times.it has slightly yellow and saliva like.and he ate some grass after and some grass after in vomit. he hasn't ate since last night. he is 3yr old border collie that I rescued two months ago

I would highly recommend taking him to a vet due to the continued vomiting. I would be concerned about a possible obstruction in the intestines, parasites or severe gastric upset. A vet will be able to take an x-ray, run a fecal exam and do a physical exam to help determine the cause and appropriate treatment. You can try to feed boiled chicken and white rice in small meals multiple times a day but I think a vet visit is the best idea for Shiloh
