I am sorry Dolly is not feeling well. Facial swelling can be related to allergic reactions, tooth root abscess and certain types of cancers (based on the age). You can try over the counter anti histamines to reduce the swelling. IF this is not working or your feel like Dolly is having trouble breathing I would recommend taking dolly to a vet for more aggressive care

This could be due to an allergic reaction. Unfortunately I cannot recommend any OTC drugs because I don't know for sure what is causing this problem. If Lady starts having trouble breathing, you need to take her into an ER vet immediately.

If both sides of Pepper’s face are swollen she could be having an allergic reaction which should be treated quickly since the swelling can progress and cause trouble breathing in some rare circumstances. If it is just the left side that is swollen Pepper could have an insect bite or sting, tooth abscess, or a skin mass. While these problems are not quite as urgent you should still plan to see your vet soon so they can examine her skin and mouth around the swelling.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Doug. He does appear to have broken out in hives which can be due to an allergic reaction. I recommend that he sees an emergency veterinarian. With swelling on his face, it can progress quickly. Some dogs actually van have difficulty breathing. Typically injectable medications are given to quickly stop the reaction. I hope this information helps!
