Why does my puppy twitch and make noises while sleeping? Dreaming?

My puppy seems to continuously twitch and makes a bit of weird noises while asleep? Could it be her dreaming or maybe she may have something in her like wormer to were I may have to get her dewormed?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If t\your puppy is otherwise normal when she is awake, and this only occurs sometimes when she sleeps then yes I think it is likely normal. A lot of dogs will make jerking like motions, whimper or cry in their sleep. We guess they are dreaming! If it is ALL the time when she is asleep that may be abnormal.

    Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Just like people, moving during sleep is very common. Twitching is quite normal and could mean that Wonder is dreaming! Unless the movements are very violent and you cannot wake Wonder up, there is nothing to worry about! Congrats on the new family member!
