My kitten isn't meowing and has a wet nose. Should I see a vet?

My kitten is not meowing.she makes the face like she is meowing but hardly little voice cameout. Her nose is little bit wet. But by behaviour , She seems normal. Take her milk on time. (Only drinks milk amd sometimes chixken stock..solid food is not strtd yet ) still not vacinated. She is too young for medications thts y i want to knw if there is any remedy. Im not tht muxh experinced as i hav never had a kitten before. She wil b fine by herself or i hv to take her to the vet ? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 17 days old

Fifi should be seen by a vet. Little kittens can get dehydrated easily and that needs to be addressed by a vet. Sounds like she may have an upper respiratory infection - there are medications your vet can give her to help her if that is the case.
