My bunny is circling with a tilted head and won't eat. Help!

My pet bunny today started to run in a circle with tilted head, seems he cant straighten his neck, worried, disoriented and not much appetite. The 1st sign was today. What do I do? I have no money. Can he be saved. Please guide me. Thank you.

Heas tilts in rabbits are usually due to an infection with e.cunniculi. You can treat it with panacur paste or xeno spot on. Sometimes they also need antibiotics. It could also be other things such as ear infection.
