Dog in heat: Why is she lethargic, not eating, and has diarrhea?

my dog is 1 year old and she is on heat for the first time she is normaly full of energy but now she is not energetic and not eating much and she normaly loves her food she also has diarrhea accidents in the house and she never has accidents when shes not on heat does this sound normal i have tried calling my out of hour vet but cant get through. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old

Heat can make dogs go off their food and avt oddly. The diarrohea could be because her temp is up or just a tummy upset with the stress of being in heat. I would monitor her and if she seems sick or the diarrohea isnt settling go to the vet.
