I am sorry to hear about Reagan. He should go to the veterinarian right away. Not eating for 3 days is very concerning on its own, in combination with diarrhea with blood, he really needs to be seen. We would be concerned about things like bacterial or viral infection, severe gastroenteritis, foreign body ingestion, pancreatitis, a mass/tumor in the intestinal tract, and more. He should have an examination and they will likely recommend an x-ray of his abdomen and bloodwork to try to determine why he is having this issue. He may be dehydrated and require fluid therapy to help him feel better, in combination with other treatments depending on the underlying cause of his symptoms.
