Hi, it appears your dog has an ear infection, most commonly a yeast infection in his ears. You will need to pay for an initial exam for him, then ear medication and possibly a cleaner. You will need an antibiotic ointment to put into the canals. The cost of this varies from location and from vet hospital. You should call around different hospitals and see what their fees are. If you are looking for a low cost clinic, you can search for one in your area that may be able to help. The ASPCA is NYC is a low cost clinic that you can try calling. In your area, an exam varies from around $60-80 and the medication is about $30-40. This is at a regular vet. Also, the humane society in NYC does low cost care as well. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Olly's left ear definitely looks inflamed. Your vet will likely examine Olly and try to get a sample of the material in his ears to determine the type of infection. Depending on that they would be able to recommend medications to treat it. It's difficult to give an estimate because prices vary widely based on your location.
