My dog is vomiting bile and food for days and seems lethargic. What should I do?

I have a 19month old male desexed bull mastiff. The last 4 days he has vomitted either once or twice a day. The first 3 days were all bile vomits and today has been food aswell. He had a food change over 2 weeks ago which he seemed to tolerate well. We often visit the same dog park each weekend with no issues and did so also this weekend. Hes still eating when given food but seems to br sleeping more duringthe day and is really sooky. What would you reccomend we do? Vomiting multiple times over the course of three or four days is certainly a cause for concern, since at this point we can't really write it off as some sort of transient nausea episode. Some of the most common causes of vomiting that we see in younger dogs include pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, foreign bodies in the GI tract, and several other infectious and inflammatory conditions. If things do not look significantly better within the next 24 hours, I would probably recommend having him checked out by your veterinarian. They may want to obtain some blood work and/or x-rays to help in diagnosing the issue. Hope this helps!
