Puppy has itchy skin, red eyes, and fleas. What meds are best?

I have a 16 month old puppy and I took her to the vet a couple months ago for red eyes and doc said dry eye or allergies then a few weeks after, she is broken out all over with itchy red places on stomach etc..thinking it may be from fleas..gave her a bath and seen 3. so what kinds of meds does she need or what do i need to do. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 20 lbs

I would recommend taking her back to the vet for medications to help stop her itch and heal the skin. It is very possible Angel is allergic to fleas. I would recommend a flea prevention every 30 days. This can be a topical or oral flea prevention. Also, a medicated shampoo 2 times a week and an over the counter anti histamine. Most likely if her skin is red and irritated taking her to a vet would be the best idea
