What causes red bumps on my puppy's tummy and how can I treat them?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 17 days old | 45 lbs

My 6 month old golden has red bumps in genital/tummy area. Any at home treatment I can try? It doesn't seem to bother her

This is a fairly common issue with young dogs and often referred to as puppy pyoderma. The dogs will get a small skin infection in the inguinal region. I recommend a medicated shampoo 2 time a week and an anti histamine. If this does not cause it to resolve you will need to take her to a vet for antibiotics. I would monitor her skin closely and if it looks worse or has any hair loss I would recommend taking her to the vet to evaluate for parasites and other skin issues.
