Dog throwing up, watery diarrhea, won't eat. When to see vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 68 lbs

My dog is 68 p0unds and just started throwing up yesterday evening ND his dierria is like water. Today his shot and everything up to date. He is wanting to play but worn out fast. Won't eat but drinks water. Thank you Renee Schucker

You can keep giving him ice or small amounts of water as long as he is not vomiting. The diarrhea and vomiting can be from something he ate or an infection he acquired somewhere. You can try chicken broth or pedialyte to help keep him hydrated and try boiled chicken and rice to see if he will eat. If he is nauseated he likely will not be interested. If the vomiting continues or you notice blood in his stool, he should be seen by a vet as soon as possible to check for dehydration or an obstruction. if the vomiting seems under control and ther bus no change by morning then he should go to a vet tomorrow.
