Just noticed my cat has these tiny bumps on the outside of her ears. Only on one ear. She let's me touch it but looks like it hurts when I touch it gently. Her ear feels a little hard

If you could post a picture of Luna's ear that would be helpful. She could have an ear infection causing the signs, a local allergic reaction, or even certain types of cancer. I recommend she get checked out by her veterinarian to check for an ear infection as well as look inside her ear to make sure that her ear drum is OK.
