Why does my cat have painful bumps and a hard ear on one side?

Just noticed my cat has these tiny bumps on the outside of her ears. Only on one ear. She let's me touch it but looks like it hurts when I touch it gently. Her ear feels a little hard. Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | spayed | 7 years and 11 months old

If you could post a picture of Luna's ear that would be helpful. She could have an ear infection causing the signs, a local allergic reaction, or even certain types of cancer. I recommend she get checked out by her veterinarian to check for an ear infection as well as look inside her ear to make sure that her ear drum is OK.
