My dog has a suspected spider bite. How can I treat it at home?

I belive this might be a spider bit what can i do to treat it at home he has had it for about 2 weeks. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 150 lbs

You can try keeping the wound clean with a salt solution or regular saline. You can try Benadryl if you call your regular vet-they should give you a dosage based on your dog's weight. Other than that you'd have to take him in to be seen for further care. Hope this helps!
