Is the puppies are nursing well and gaining weight steadily as well as Lady is doing fine the puppy should ideally get checked out between two and four weeks of age. This is to ensure they are started on the proper deworming protocol as well to do initial screens for any congenital issues like a heart murmur or other issues. However if they are not nursing well are there's any abnormalities with mom they need to be checked out sooner.
