My dog ate chicken bones. What should I do if he seems normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Male | neutered | 4 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

My 10lb papillon ate 5- 6 chicken bones about 5 hrs ago.Gave him a piece of high fiber bread and can of dogfood. Has since pooped twice (normal)

It can take a day or two for the bones to pass depending on how large the pieces were. Bread can help with the sharp points. You can monitor for any vomiting and bloody diarrhea as those are signs he is having didficulty passing them.
