My cat has a small bump on her eye. She's not bothered. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed

I just noticed today that my cat (3yo) has a tiny obling bump on the cornea of her right eye. She does not seem at all bothered by it. What could this possibly be? What should I do about it?

I can see the abnormality you described. It's difficult to know what the cause is without an examination. It could be mucous on the cornea or an injury. I would recommend that you have her seen by your veterinarian. They can examine the eye and may stain it to look for an injury.
