My dog is vomiting, warm, lethargic, and can't keep water down. Vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 6 lbs

My dog Bella has been vomiting since late yesterday. Her body is warm and she seems to look/act like she doesn't feel well (no energy, laying around). Got her to drink some water but she wasn't able to keep in down. Vomit color started off at clear and went to light yellow before recent drinking of water. Won't eat of course. She did recently go urinate outside. What could she have and should I take her to vet asap?

As Bella is unable to hold down water I recommend she be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Bella could have a foreign body, pancreatitis, an infection of her G.I. tract or even a toxin exposure. Do not give her anything by mouth at this time until she is examined by a veterinarian. Also do not give her any human medication as it can be toxic to dogs.
