Dog vomiting, not eating, new puppy. Is it stress or serious?

My dog hasnt eaten in 3 days, keeps vomitting and cant keep water down. We just brought a new puppy home. Not sure if that could be a factor. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 28 days old | 35 lbs

A change in appetite and attitude can be from stress if a new addition but the vomiting should not be. Since it has been going on for a few days now I would have your vet check to see what is causing it and to make sure it isn't something your new puppy can catch.
