Luke, our boykin spaniel (8 weeks old), has ate some red bark and grass.. in the past hour and half he has puked 4 times it's solid pieces of bark, very green, and very thick gooey like... Do I need to give him anything or take him somewhere? Or just let him puke it all up...

The problem is that the mulch could cause a blockage in Luke, or if it was made with cocoa hulls, there is a chance of poisoning. If the mulch was made with cocoa hulls, then I would take him into the vet now. Otherwise, you can monitor him for now given he's vomiting up the bark, and try a home remedy. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
