Unfortunately, there is nothing you can give her at home for her eye problem. A dog's eye reacts differently to human eye medications than humans, and you could accidentally do harm. Baby girl needs to see a vet immediately. Eye conditions should be considered emergencies, as leaving them can lead to vision loss. Based on the cloudiness of her eye, she could have glaucoma, a serious eye infection, trauma to the eye, or cataracts. She does need to see a vet right away, so I would take her in now to a vet. The vet can determine what is causing her problem and how best to treat it. Try to keep her from scratching her eye with an Ecollar, as she may accidentally do damage to cornea from her claws.

Eye infections or injuries are always an emergency and there are no home remedies. There is always a danger of your dog losing her eye sight, if you treat this yourself. German shepherd dogs have some genetic predisposition to keratitis sicca , which when neglected will damage the eye permanently. Please take Baby girl to a vet or pet ER today, as this is an emergency.

This has to be treated by a vet, and I would take Unique into one immediately. Any eye condition should be considered an emergency, as leaving it untreated could lead to vision loss. The cause of the cloudy eye should be diagnosed in order for it to be treated, and causes include a severe eye infection, cataracts, or glaucoma. I would take Unique into a vet now for treatment.
