Missy may have a urinary tract infection or maybe bladder stones or kidney disease. There are also other causes for hematuria (blood in urine), such as rodenticide ingestion, kidney disease, trauma, cancer, certain parasites, vaginal disease and a few others. If she is that old, she probably has arthritis which is causing pain and trouble walking, Please take Missy to a veterinarian for an exam , blood test and urinalysis. This may be just a simple urinary tract infection, but could also be serious.

Blood in the urine can be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones, which are treatable. She also likely have trouble walking due to arthritis, which can also be managed with pain meds. She may not be eating all her food due to dental problems, or the UTI/bladder stones which would cause her to feel unwell. I would take Missy into the vet today for an exam. The vet can examine her mouth, do routine blood tests, and a urinalysis to check for the causes I mentioned above. Once the causes of her symptoms have been diagnosed, she can be treated. Please take her into a vet now.

Yes, this could be uti, bladder stones, tumours or even internal i jury from a slip or fall. A minimum urine sample and bladder ultrasound would be recommended to identify any basic medical issues which could be managed relatively simply without intensive treatment and also to guide palliative care decisions if necessary by helping to predict the most likely progression
