Senior dog's back leg wobbles, can't get up. Is it hip dysplasia?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 11 years and 3 months old

MY DOG IS 11, TWO TIMES NOW HE SEEMS TO LOSE CONTROL OF HIS BACK LEG LEFT ,HE LAYS DOWN AND CANT GET UP HE WOOBELS AND SHAKES LIKE A STROKE,HE BEEN TO THE VET THEY SAID DISPLASEA,I DONT THINK SO

These symptoms are consistent with hip dysplasia i'm afraid, your vet is probably right about it. In some cases, if the condition is not extreme, pain killers/anti inflammatories can help long term. Bear in mind Bossco is not young and hip dysplasia at this age sometimes does not get better with medications. Stroke is not really an option, it's rare in dogs and symptoms are different than what you are describing.
