Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 4 months old
My Cat has like cloudyness in her eye and I could tell it bothers her because she doesn't really open that eye and it looks a little swollen. Should i be worried? What could it be?

Poor Meme! It sounds like she has a corneal ulcer. The swelling is inflammation and that causes discomfort for her. You should get Meme to a vet asap to have this looked at and the eye tested to see if an ulcer is present. If so, then she will need a short course of topical prescription antibiotic ointment to treat this. If this is an ulcer then trauma to eye occurred at some point to cause this to happen. But the good news is that most of these, if treated early, can be treated successfully with no permanent damage to the eye. Another possibility that isn't so simple to treat is corneal edema (fluid build-up inside the eye). These are a little more difficult to diagnose the underlying cause (infectious, high blood pressure, etc) and require longer treatment (hypertonic solution) course.

Poor Leo. This information makes me very concerned that he might have an injury to his eye, such as an ulcer. I would recommend having him seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible to address the issue, otherwise, it could impact his vision.
