Is the lump on my kitten's neck a microchip or something else?

I have a cat: 4 mo old female, short hair gray tabby. I just noticed that she has small line on her neck. It feels like aomething under the skin. She has alread been wormed 2x. Finished that treatment about 4 weeks ago. Stools and urine are normal. She is very active. Eats well and is gaining weight. Any ideas? Thanks. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 lbs

If Bella has a microchip this may be what you are feeling. However the only way to know for sure what it is is to have it examined by your veterinarian. If she is not microchipped I would recommend taking her to be seen so that it can be evaluated.
