Hello... I recently found a round somewhat firm bump on my cats chin. I can't really see it because it's index his skin and fur but it's seems to be a little darker on the aread. He doesn't like me to touch it so I assume it hurts. Could it be acne or an ingrown hair?

It could be a little spot or even a cyst, likewise it could be a growth such as a wart or something more sinister. You can try salt water bathing to see if it might come to a head. Otherwise monitor it and if it is getting bigger or infected visit the vet.
