My dog's face is swollen, can't eat or drink. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 21 days old | 75 lbs

My 8 month old great Dane has a bubble under her tongue it's clear looking. Her whole face is swollen! She can't eat and won't drink! The vets office is closed and no one call Dr is available what can I do

This is probably an acute allergic reaction, keep her calm and inside the house, most of these reaction resolve within 12-24 hours without treatment but if the symptoms do not seem to get better take her to the vet when it opens later on today.
