Our cat is a 16lb maine coon ... otherwise very strong, alert . He vomitted for several days ... he is on IV ... stopped vomitting for 3 days ... will not eat ... but has perked up ... his pancreaus appears enlarged ... are there ways other than feeding tube to get nutients in?

At this point and until he starts eating again, the two options are feeding tube or force feeding with a syringe, the rest he is already getting from the IV. i would also recommend that your vet consider giving him a medication called Remeron, this can help restore his appetite.
