My dog is chewing and biting her paws and whining. What's wrong?

My 2 year old newfoundland is chewing and biting at her feet and wining.

It sounds like your dog has allergies as chewing and biting the paws is a classic sign of allergies. Have her examind by a vet to treat. Your vet can prescribe an anti-histamine and/or a corticosteroid to help with the itch. if there is an evidnce of an infxtion, she may need an antibiotic. You could also soak her feet in a warm Epsom salt solution to see if that helps, too.
