Poor Baby! It's definitely unusual for a puppy to urinate on herself while she is sleeping. She may have a urinary tract infection causing this, or a birth defect such as ectopic ureters which can often cause incontinence issues in puppies and young dogs. I would recommend taking Baby to the vet to have this checked when you are able to. Your vet can take a urine sample for testing to help determine if she has an infection, and can recommend options for further work-up if this does not give a clear answer.
