Why is my cat peeing on my things while pregnant? Is it safe?

I am 8 months pregnant. Since finding out I'm pregnant my 10 year old unsociable female cat has been very loving. However, she has recently started urinating on my things only. My clothes, scarves, shoes in my plants. Not my husband's things, just mine. She has had a vet check and is healthy. What's the problem? Do I need to worry about the baby and the baby's things? If your vet has done a check and she doesn't have a medical issue, like a urinary tract infection, kidney disease, ect., then it is likely a behavioral issue. You could try a Feliway diffuser or Feliway spray and see if that helps. You could also talk to your vet about trying an anti-anxiety medication, like Prozac or Trazodone. There is a chance she could urinate on the babies things, as well. It is hard to predict how she will react once the baby is born.
