A dog's normal temperature is between 101-102.5F, and once it drops below 100F, she should give birth within 24 hours. Should 24 hours pass after this temperature drop with no sign of puppies, take her into the vet immediately. Should she reach 69 days gestation with no sign of puppies, take her into the vet immediately.
