My dog has a hard, marble-like lump on her back. What should I do?

I wanted to know if you know what this is I just noticed it 3-4 weeks ago it's on her back a little bit up from her tail to the right and it's hard it feels like a small hard ball you can grab on to the whole thing from the outside it feels like a small marble. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 9 lbs
