My pet got some bump r lump I do not know infront of his penis what to do ?? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 1 month and 30 days old

If i can see correctly from the picture, your dog seems to have an umbilical hernia, this is a quite common problem and this will need to be repaired surgically eventually, it's usually done at the same time as neutering (around the age of 5-6 months).
