Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 11 months old
Hi, I have a 4 year old pit mix(no one to know his breed or mix of so I'm guessing) who is neutered.Recently he's started vomiting shortly after he eats, it's usually pinkish in color, and chunky like his food. His poop is normal and he's drinking water and peeing regularly. He licks his lips and heaves seconds to minutes prior to vomiting. Vets around my town are telling me it's his food but this problem only arose two days ago and he's been on this food his whole life. And he wants to eat.

Food sensitivities can arise at any stage but I would also be concerned he may have a foreign body in the stomach which may be causing irritation and bleeding or may have reflux. Xrays or endoscopy may provide more information and surgery may be required to remove it
