Why does my dog have bumps, sores, and a scab on her skin and elbow?

My dog has 2 sores and 2 pimple-like bumps on her stomach and near her genatalia. She also has something near her elbow? (The next joint under the shoulder) it is darkish and it feels like a scab. She hasn't lost any hair (besides shedding) and isn't acting any differently. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 11 months and 22 days old | 70 lbs

The spot next to her elbow looks like a callus and is very common. Not big deal unless it is bleeding or bothering the dog. The pustules on the abdomen looks like a minor infection. Place a cone collar if she is licking it. Also, you can spray it with Benadryl spray and clean the area with some chlorhexidine or anti-bacterial soap. If it isn't getting better, contact your vet for an exam as she may need some oral antibiotics. I hope this helps.
