I believe my cat may have been poisoned. He has the following symptoms: harsh breathing, running eyes and nose, weakness, throwing up, direahea, sounds like something is caught in the back of his throat. He is outside most the day, but inside the rest. Has he been poisoned? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
