Hello I've looked online, and Marley had a pretty big lump under his scar tissue on his head after a week, it has now been a further week and it has gone down considerably but is still quite prominent I've looked and possibility of a seroma? I was just wondering of it should have gone by now or if it slowly shrinking right, and how long they last? Thank you

If this is a serima they could take a few days to a couple weeks to completely go away. Sometimes a warm compress a few times a day for 3-5 days helps the fluid get resorbed faster. However if it becomes increasing in size, painful, hard, or has a discharge it could be something else and it needs to be looked at by your veterinarian.
