My 7 month puppy has a tight stomach , doesn't seem to be having pain. She has potties a little and vomited her food. I think she ate too much but want to be safe. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 18 days old | 50 lbs

If she's only vomited once, she may have some minor GI upset. Picking up her food for a few hours and then offering a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken can help. However, if the vomiting continues, she can't have a bowel movement, or she starts to seem painful in her stomach, bringing her into the vet ASAP for an exam is best to find the cause.
