Why is my active dog suddenly not eating, drinking, or himself?

Hi there, he could be suffering a bit because of the heat making him lethargic. However, this could be an indication he has an underlying condition. If he continues to be dull and not eat I woukd visit the vet for a thorough exam and possibly blood tests.
