My two budgies are scared of me. How can I tame them and build trust?

I have 2 budgies and they are totally afraid of me as the stay on one side of cage and when I come closer they stick to each other tightly. I want to tame them what to do? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

I would recommend taking it slowly. keep them in a room you use often so they can see you. Also, birds can be very food motivated. Try using a special treat only you give them. A lot of times this really helps
