Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 10 months old
My 2 year old cat has vomited twice within the last 4 days. As far as I know she has not ingested anything poisonous and she is being active and playful and there is no accompanying diarrhea. She is eating and drinking per usual and voiding normally. Should I take her to the vet just to be safe?

I would take Wednesday in for an exam with your vet just to be on the safe side. Cats do vomit on occasion, however if she did not have a hairball in the vomit, I would be concerned that there is an underlying cause making her stomach upset and she may need further treatment or medication. Cats are very good at hiding disease, so any deviation from her normal would be a reason to get her checked out.
