Ideally, she should be examined by your veterinarian to diagnose the specific parasite and to provide supportive care (IV or subcutaneous fluids, anti emetics, etc.). Protracted vomiting can quickly lead to dehydration in a young puppy. If she is not yet vaccinated, she may be developing a serious viral infection. In this situation, an exam is strongly recommended over home care. If this is not possible, withhold food for 12 hours. Allow small amounts of water or an unflavored electrolyte replacement beverage. Resume feeding a bland diet (1:1 ratio of plain boiled boneless/skinless chicken and plain white rice). Feed in small, frequent amounts waiting at least one hour between feedings. If the vomiting stops, transition slowly to the regular diet. If not, definitely see your veterinarian or take her to the nearest veterinary ER.
